Terms and Conditions for Paws and Pencils Art Website:
1. Quality Assessment and Timescale: Upon receipt of your enquiry, I will assess the quality of the provided photograph and provide a realistic expectation of the portrait's quality. Additionally, I will estimate the time required to complete the portrait. This assessment will be communicated to you before any payment is made.
2. Deposit Requirement: A £50.00 deposit is required before commencement of the portrait. The remaining balance must be settled upon your approval of the final portrait (via photo) and before the artwork is dispatched to you.
3. Delivery and Insurance: All artwork will be dispatched via tracked and signed-for delivery with proof of postage. While every effort will be made to ensure the safe delivery of your painting, I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery after the package has been dispatched. However, please note that the value of your painting will be covered by Royal Mail insurance, enabling you to file a claim in the event of non-delivery.
4. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued once the portrait has been completed and dispatched. However, in the rare event of dissatisfaction, please contact me to discuss potential resolutions.
5. Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your commission before completion, please notify me as soon as possible. The deposit may be refundable depending on the stage of completion of the portrait and any costs incurred.
6. Copyright: I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork. However, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the portrait for personal purposes.
7. Amendments: Minor amendments to the portrait can be made at no additional charge within a reasonable scope. Any major revisions may incur additional fees.
8. Communication: Timely communication is essential throughout the commission process. Please respond promptly to queries and approvals to ensure timely completion of your portrait.

By purchasing and downloading the digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive a downloadable file (e.g., PDF).
2. Personal Use Only
The digital products are for personal use only. You may print the pages as many times as you like for your own enjoyment.
You may not share, redistribute, resell, or use the products for commercial purposes in any form.
3. Copyright
